Customized Diet Plan

1. Initial Assessment

  • Health and Fitness Goals: Understand the client’s goals—whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, improved energy, or overall health.
  • Medical History and Dietary Restrictions: Identify any health issues, allergies, or foods they need to avoid.
  • Current Diet Analysis: Have them log their current eating habits for a few days to get an idea of their caloric intake, meal timing, and preferences.

2. Personalized Plan Creation

  • Caloric Needs Calculation: Calculate their daily caloric needs based on age, sex, weight, height, and activity level.
  • Macronutrient Distribution: Adjust protein, carbs, and fat ratios to suit their goals (e.g., higher protein for muscle gain or moderate carbs for energy).

  • Meal Timing and Frequency: Suggest an eating schedule based on their lifestyle and workout schedule for optimized energy.

3. Meal Planning

  • Weekly Menus: Provide sample meal options or full weekly plans with flexibility for meals they can swap.
  • Recipe Suggestions: Offer healthy, easy-to-follow recipes tailored to their taste preferences and diet goals.

4. Education and Support

  • Nutrition Basics: Provide resources to educate them about balanced eating, portion sizes, and reading food labels.
  • Tracking and Adjustments: Encourage clients to track their progress and adjust the diet as needed. This could be weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to tweak their plan based on how they feel and progress.

5. Regular Check-ins and Updates

  • Accountability Check-ins: Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to discuss their experience and make adjustments as they progress.
  • Re-assessment: Monthly re-evaluation of goals and dietary needs to keep the plan effective.

Online Group Training

Monthly 40 Sessions Online Group Training (male/female combined group)

Sunday: Bodyweight Exercises
Monday: Dumbbell Workout
Tuesday: HIIT Workout
Wednesday: Strength Training
Thursday: Yoga/STRETCHING

✅ Equipment required : 1 pair of dumbbells and a yoga mat are required.

✅ Group timing

  • Sunday (11am-12pm, 9pm-10pm)
  • Monday (11am-12pm, 9pm-10pm)
  • Tuesday (11am -12pm, 9pm – 10pm)
  • Wednesday (11am-12pm, 9pm-10pm)
  • Thursday (11am-12pm, 9pm-10pm)

✅Sessions will be conducted through the Zoom app.
